Clean, organize. Clean, clean.

Greek yogurt & blue berries doused with raw, local honey.
* Local honey helps alleviate local allergies.
* Avoid the bland honey sold in shiny plastic bears. Go with raw, local, unfiltered wildflower honey.
* Darker the honey (like buckwheat) = more antioxidants.
* A spoonful of honey can be more effective as a cough suppressant than over-the-counter cough syrup.

My son was pacing the floor after auditioning for the quad line in band. I made him his favorite peanut butter crunchie cookies to enjoy while he waited for the results to be posted.
His hard work pays off...he made it!
