When Every Day is Crunch Time

Fresh celery and carrots topped with crunchy peanut butter, sunflower seeds, dried cherries, golden raisins. Radishes. Snap peas. Pecans. Pink Lady + Granny Smith apples. Toasted tortilla strips. The Kashi Go Lean and Grape-nuts are some of my favorites on long bike rides. 

Many crunchy foods are packed with nutrients & fiber. They keep you feeling satisfied so you don't reach for foods that are a lot less healthy because you're hungry :)
